Ella & Richard: Backyard Wedding in Ancaster

Ella and Richard got married at a relative's property, and the property was jaw-droppingly-gorgeous! The picturesque walk to the ceremony and reception was something out of movies. When planning my own wedding I agonized over whether to go with a modern/chic vibe or a rustic vibe, and everytime I coordinate a rustic wedding my heart aches for my own wedding. Ella and Richard absolutely nailed their theme! As many guests travelled from the UK there was an overarching travel theme, with luggage tag favours, and using places the couple had travelled in lieu of table numbers (with a super cute coordinating seating chart). This wedding was so magical, that pictures don't do it justice!

My favourite part of this wedding (outside of the perfectly planned theme and rusticness) was the food. Oh my goodness. If you haven't heard of Jonny Blonde's - look them up. AMAZING. Everything they made, I could have eaten 10. SO yummy, and the staff are so sweet.

I also adored watching the flower girls and ring bearer dancing up a storm before dinner even started. Super sweet! What a perfect day that I was honoured to be a part of!
